This policy is subject to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in compliance with the requirements of the General Authority for Real Estate, the Personal Data Protection LawSaudi Arabia, and in compliance with the requirements of the General Authority for Real Estate, the Personal Data Protection Law, and related regulations.
First: User Content and Responsibility
Users acknowledge that any content, information, or materials (except personal data) they provide or publish through the platform, including opinions, suggestions, or comments, are their full responsibility in terms of accuracy, legality, reliability, and associated intellectual property rights.
Users also acknowledge that they are the legal owner of the content they share, or have the legal right to authorize the platform to use and publish it.
Second: Real Estate Content
Real estate content refers to all real estate advertisements, unit data, prices, locations, images, plans, and any information related to the property.
This content remains owned by its legal owner (advertiser, broker, or developer), and Blokkah platform is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and market this content within the scope of platform services only, without transfer of ownership or any of its intellectual property rights.
Third: Content Use License
Regarding general non-real estate content provided by users, users grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, and publish this content within the platform, to the extent necessary to operate and improve services, while adhering to the approved privacy policy.
Fourth: Platform Intellectual Property Rights
All current and future intellectual property rights related to the platform, including -- but not limited to -- trademarks, logos, graphical interface, source code, designs, database rights, registered and unregistered marks, are the exclusive property of Blokkah platform and protected under applicable regulations.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for their legitimate purposes within it only. Copying, extracting, or republishing any part of the platform for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written approval.
Fifth: Modification, Deletion, and Disclosure
The platform reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any content, in accordance with relevant regulations and instructions, achieving regulatory compliance, user protection, and platform safety.
The platform also reserves the right to disclose content or user data to competent authorities when there is a legal request or legal obligation.
Sixth: Rights and Privacy Protection
Users commit not to publish any content that violates intellectual property rights or privacy of others, includes personal information without owner consent, or contains materials violating regulations or public morals.
The platform does not guarantee that published content is free from any violation of others' rights, and users bear full legal responsibility in case of any proven violation.
Seventh: Platform-Supported Content
In case the platform contributes to producing certain content (such as campaigns or joint promotional materials), ownership and usage rights of this content are determined by a separate agreement or according to relevant announced terms, achieving fairness for both parties.
