Fourth: Real Estate Content and Property Rights

•Real estate content (advertisements, unit data, prices, images, plans) remains owned by its legal owner.

•Users grant Blokkah platform a non-exclusive license to use, display, and market this content within the scope of platform services only.

•Real estate content ownership does not transfer to the platform under any circumstances.

Fifth: Data Disclosure

Blokkah does not sell your data or disclose it for direct marketing purposes to third parties.

Data may be disclosed in the following cases:

•To licensed brokers or developers to provide the required service • To technical service providers (under confidentiality agreements) • To government or judicial authorities when there is a legal request • When transferring or operating the platform to another entity according to regulations

Disclosure occurs within the Kingdom, or outside it only in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law regulations and after appropriate protection levels and necessary approvals are available.
